hazey days.

"The prevailing winds have changed from south-southeasterly to southwesterly at around 2 pm this afternoon. The latest satellite picture detected 228 hotspots in Sumatra, mainly in Riau, Jambi and South Sumatra. Dense smoke plumes from the hotspots were also observed. The southwesterly winds are bringing in smoke haze from Sumatra to Singapore. The visibility has been reduced from 10 km to 2-3 km. The 24-h PSI at 4pm today was 54."

"It is forecasted that the south-southwesterly winds will strengthen tomorrow morning and the winds will again bring smoke haze from Sumatra to Singapore."

PSI is only 54?! Initially I thought its gonna be 85 or higher because of the dense haze i saw on my way out of school. And the weather was terribly warm. You can expect more smoke haze tomorrow, i wonder if i can see full moon. *mmm..
