at last...

After yesterday's episode, i no longer want to do sit ups and crunches before i sleep.

I was tossing and turning on bed after putting down the phone with zehzhanyu, i couldn't get to sleep. So, to make myself feel exhausted while toning abdominal muscles, i did crutches and sit ups. After which i begin to drift off slowly, but somewhere at the phase where i'm almost falling asleep, i feel suffocated. My heart don't seem to be pumping, and my head feels heavy and pain. I sat up on my bed, it got worst, i felt nausea... dashed to the bathroom, stood in front of the toilet bowl, the vomiting urge came, then this tiny grain of rice move up from my throat and into my mouth. -__-

Of course i spat out the tiny rice grain. I thought i was better, but when i was a few steps out of the bathroom, i can feel the veins and vessels in my temple constricting, my whole face covered in cold sweat. I rest against the washing machine then to the basin while the surrounding blurred and i collapsed sitting on the floor, my limbs are really weak. Felt nausea again and this time round, i used all my might to get up and put my finger in my mouth to induce vomiting (I don't want just another rice grain to come out and it could have been better if someone was there to stroke my back upwards) It worked, i vomited, concentrated liquids, about 20mls? i feel so much better after that, but still trembling, headache and suffocating in the chest area. Apply axe oil and it took me another hour or so to fall asleep.

Yeah... no more sit ups or what so ever before sleep or at least make sure that food are fully digested, i learned my lesson.

Head to school this morning as usual (thank you zehzhanyu for accompanying me to school this morning), still feeling kinda uncomfortable but my appetite came back during breakout. Lesson held in Black Box again... DAMN SLACK and FUN. It's a follow up of last week's lesson, remember we did lighting designs and had to rig the lights? Now this week, we bring in the genie lift, lifting us up 6 metres high to the ceiling to adjust angle and position of the lights that we rigged. Horrible but fun, i have height vertigo, plus to train us, the staffs shook the genie lift when we reach the ceiling. But i did give it a shot and it was a really good experience up there. I didn't adjust the lights though, just went up there to feel how it's like, lol. Photos taken by Klarie, but using my phone okay.

YES, harness, safety first.

urm, mixture of excitement and nervousness.

Clamp, secure onto genie, safe in the basket.

Astronaut miss toh ready to go up, my face look cramp, i'm damn scared.

YEP, after this we re-rigged our lights and i went up control room with MJ to operate the lights while the other team mates did the focusing. End class around 3pm and i attended the lighting workshop. And like finally, i got my first A for scenography lesson from Zul. But i'm not really proud of it because that day only 11 of us turn up for lesson, of course easy to get A lah. Hmm... Anthony went through my PP and i think he kinda like it, i don't know. Have to polish up and submit it by Thursday and prepare poster soon. Can't wait to clear all these workload...

I'm not going to work for the time being.
