; a day

I woke up pretty early ytd to accompany mom to NEC (National Eye Centre). Morning train is farking crowded, everybody pushed their way in and out. When we reach Outram park, we waited for the mini shutter bus to reach NEC. The queue is very long, so long that we board the sixth one. There's a lot of elderly there, more than I expected. We queued for the registration, queued for the simple eye check, queued for the doctor's consultation, queued for cashiering, queued for collecting medication. All in all everything took four hrs plus. Doctor said that d vessels in my mom's eye are rather fragile and thin. Any actions that is too harsh for the vessels may result it to burst. It’s not as serious lars, except that the blood clogging ard the whitish area is rather unsightly. It'll recover within one to two weeks time. Papa is really sweet, he came to fetch us home during his lunch break. The sweetest surprise is that he took the trouble to return home and change into a car before fetching us home. =D

So I reached home near 1pm, quickly wash up and had lunch before meeting nadhir at Cck. Yes! We're going to farmart for a prawn-ing session, both of us were so excited lars. It’s our very first time to prawn. :) We toured ard farmart, nth much though'. Sat down to eat the fried rice that his mom prepared and then start prawning. 1 hr 13$, buy 2 continuous hrs and get one free. Yups, so we bought 3 hrs. We were like ah-toots lars, I’ve never done anything like this b4 not even fishing. The bait we used is cockles, stink like crazy and it bloody red. I have to cut it into small pieces to use as baits. So proud of myself, im the first to catch a prawn first.. sponge was so disheartened that he caught none for the first half hr. BUT.. this is so embarrassing lars, that prawn was my one and only catch throughout the 3 hrs. =( Nadhir caught 7 lars, plus the 4 that one of the uncles gave us.. hmm.. we have TWELVE PRAWNS altogether. *clapx2*
They were fat and juicy. Nadhir got hurt twice by those prawns while trying to remove the hook. Ard 6 plus, we packed our prawns and head to Lot1 for a walk before heading home.
